I've been like busy, OK?

Yeah I know, where the hell have I been and all that crap. Did I mention how much I hate this time of year?

Case in point. We have a couple of christmas porch decorations, a santa and a snowman, that untill about three hours ago had a (literally) two foot cords on them, making them nearly impossible to plug in to the outdoor lighting matrix here at Casa de Heywood. They now have fifteen foot cords on them, and I can place them anywhere I damn well please, thank you very much.

My question is this: what sort of wanker manufactures an outdoor decoration with a two foot power cord? I want answers, people.

The upside to this sorry affair is that I got to show the Genetical Twinlets the fine art of soldering, and they are in awe. Daddy has the power to melt metal! Or something like that.

My new policy is to go to bed before I actually fall asleep. I spent the morning with a nasty imprint of a keyboard on my face (again) and that Just.Won't.Do.
